Engine Supply US ships powertrain products worldwide.

Whether you’re ordering an engine for a U.S. muscle car, a transmission for a truck, or a complete powertrain package for an international project, we work to get your order moving within the stated 3–15 day shipping timeframe.

International orders may be subject to local customs requirements, import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Any applicable destination-country charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping Fee

A $179.99 shipping fee applies to qualifying orders.

Because engines, transmissions, and powertrain components are large and heavy products, shipping requires specialized handling and transportation.

The applicable shipping charge will be shown during the ordering process.

For international orders, customers should also consider any customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination-specific charges that may apply.

Freight Delivery

Large automotive components may require freight-style delivery rather than standard parcel delivery.

Before accepting a shipment, inspect the packaging and product for visible signs of damage.

Keeping photographs of the packaging and product can also help document the condition of the shipment at delivery.

30-Day Free Returns

Engine Supply US offers 30-day free returns on eligible products.

If you need to return an eligible product, contact us within 30 days of delivery to begin the return process.

Products should be returned in the condition required under the applicable return policy. Some products or special-order configurations may have additional return requirements.

Do not ship a return without first contacting Engine Supply US and receiving return instructions.

Core Returns

Some engines, transmissions, torque converters, and other powertrain products may be sold as core-exchange products.

A core is the original component that is being replaced.

When a core return is required, the product listing or order information will identify the applicable core requirement.

Core Return Process

If your purchase requires a core return:

  1. Review the core-return requirements associated with your product.

  2. Contact Engine Supply US for return instructions.

  3. Prepare the core for shipment.

  4. Package and secure the core properly.

  5. Return the core according to the provided instructions.

  6. Allow the returned core to be received and evaluated according to the applicable core policy.

Core Condition Matters

A returned core may need to meet specific requirements to qualify under the applicable core-return terms.

Core Exchange vs. Standard Return

A core return is different from a standard product return.

A standard return involves returning the purchased product under the applicable 30-day return policy.

A core return involves returning the original component associated with a core-exchange product.

Returning a core does not automatically mean that the purchased product is being returned.

If both a product return and core return apply to your order, contact Engine Supply US for instructions before shipping either item.

Refund within 7 days or exchange of the set item if all conditions are fulfilled.
