638 HP LS9 engine crate featuring a 6.2L supercharged Gen IV LS-series V8 rated at 638 horsepower and 604 lb-ft of torque. Originally developed for the C6 Corvette ZR1, the LS9 combines a factory-integrated Eaton supercharger with a reinforced aluminum block and performance-focused internal components for high-output street, restomod, pro-touring, and custom applications.
The LS9 crate engine uses a 2.3L Eaton four-lobe Roots-type supercharger operating at 10.5 psi of boost. Its internal construction includes a forged steel crankshaft, forged aluminum pistons, titanium connecting rods, cross-bolted main caps, and aluminum cylinder heads. The dry-sump lubrication system is designed for use with an external oil tank.
