LORINSER W201 190E Suspension Kit

LORINSER W201 190E Suspension Kit – Precision-Tuned German Handling
Elevate your Mercedes 190E’s dynamics with the LORINSER Sport Suspension Kit, a revered upgrade blending aggressive stance and track-ready performance for the W201 chassis. Designed in the 1980s–1990s during LORINSER’s golden era of Mercedes tuning, this kit transforms the 190E into a poised, corner-hungry machine while retaining daily-drive comfort.

Key Features & Benefits

1. Lowered Sport Springs
   • Drops ride height by 30–40mm, reducing body roll and improving center of gravity.
   • Progressive spring rates balance comfort and responsiveness (stiffer than OEM, softer than race coils).
2. Adjustable Dampers (Optional)
   • LORINSER-tuned gas shocks with rebound adjustability for fine-tuning ride firmness.
   • Corrosion-resistant coatings for longevity, even in harsh climates.
3. Anti-Roll Bars (Sway Bars)
   • Thicker front and rear bars (optional add-on) to minimize understeer and sharpen turn-in.
   • Direct bolt-on fitment with reinforced polyurethane bushings.
4. Period-Correct Engineering
   • Designed for W201 models, including the 190E 2.3-16V Cosworth and non-Cossie variants.
   • Retains factory suspension geometry to avoid premature wear on control arms or ball joints.

Compatibility & Fitment

• Models: Mercedes-Benz W201 190E (1982–1993), including 1.8L, 2.0L, 2.3L, 2.5L, and 2.6L engines.
• Notes:
  • Compatible with both narrow- and wide-body 190Es (confirm spring rates for heavier engines, e.g., 2.6L).
  • Wheel clearance: Fits OEM 15” wheels; 17”+ setups may require fender rolling at max low.
